But you can also use us for example to inspect several properties in order to report back to you with photographs and on what we think is plus or minus by these issues.

Report
Based on our report, you will soon be able to take a position on whether it would be worthwhile for you to inspect the property.

Reduction
If you so - and after the completion of inspections - want to continue with our help to buy the property, we deduct inspection.

Fees
The fees for our Search & Find Inspection Service are 200 euros (exclusive VAT) to visit and report about a single property. As a supplement you can buy 6 inspections of 900 euros (exclusive VAT). Payment after agreement.
