If you wish to make a purchase offer of the property, we will advice you how to proceed, the negotiations and local practice, and make sure that you get the best deal possible.

On the spot
Right after the purchase offer has been accepted by the seller we will be on the spot and keep you up to date with information in the matter.

By your side
When it is time to sign, we will take you to the notary public and make sure you understand everything up to the point of signing for your new property and what expenses you will incur.

Fees
The fees for our Search & Find Purchase Assistance are 1% (exclusive VAT) of the purchase price (50% when contracting the service, and the rest when signing the title deed). Payment can be transferred to a Spanish bank after agreement.
