Our inspection service is useful for clients who, by other means or by themselves, have found a property - or a selection of properties - they like.
One property
Should you be interested in inspecting only one single property or a wide search, our inspection service is probably the best way to get to know the property.

Report
Upon instruction we will inspect the property and make a report based on our opinion; we will take photographs and point out the upsides and the possible downsides of the particular property. Therefore, after this our client can make his decision whether to visit the property himself or not.

Deduction
Concluded our inspection service, should our client decide to instruct us to assist for buying the property, our inspection fee will be deducted by the amount already paid.

Fees
The fees for our Search & Find Inspection Service are 200 euros (exclusive VAT) to visit and report about a single property. As a supplement you can buy 6 inspections for 900 euros (exclusive VAT). Payment can be transferred to a Spanish bank after agreement.
