You may now be interested in buying a property on the Costa del Sol and possibly aware of the lack of transparency that currently exist in the market place. Instead of you having to consult many different real estate agents, who naturally prefer to sell their own properties, we offer the assistance as your personal advisor and representative. You pay a startup fee of 625 euros which is refundable upon purchase.

We listen and take notes
The starting point for our search for you is bases on your wishes. We also know that it often ends up with a purchase which was quite different from your original guideline. We are fully aware and experienced in the procedures that takes place from the beginning to end.

Conclusion
Once we receive your requirements, we assess whether we can find a property for you. For example if you want a new build villa of 400 m2 with sea view for a price of a limit of € 50,000 you will be informed that we cannot do the job for you. However, if we estimate that the task is realistic – particularly in the current buyer's market - we enter into the agreement, and you pay the fee.

In working clothes
Based on your profile as the buyer, we now review the market for the best deals. We include both properties offered by estate agents and private. When we have found a range of properties, we send them with descriptions and photos to you by e-mail. You give feedback and after your queries we come closer and closer to the desired dwelling. Finally, we have a number of relevant properties as we all have described and examined the papers on. If you find the offers of interest then is the time to arrange a trip to the Costa del Sol.

Visual inspections and possibly offer
At your arrival we have planned the inspections. If you are keen on a property we will provide guidance and negotiate a price that will eventually lead to you making a bit.

Notary
Immediately after the tender offer has been accepted by the seller, we will be your man on the spot and be at your service with all the practicalities in connection with the acquisition. You decide whether you wish to use our lawyer or another. When the time comes, we follow you to the notary and make sure you are aware of all actions leading up to the completion of the acquisition - and the various costs that are involved.

Important to know
The search and find service is offered to those who are close to making a decision to buy a property on the Costa del Sol. We do not want you to pay a fee for an assistance, you do not need. We are remunerated by the commission paid by the seller.

It cannot be easier for you
